The modern design and cozy atmosphere stood out, creating a comfortable environment that's easy to settle into. The self-service coffee machine and 24/7 hot drinks were a great touch for evening relaxation.
Entering the hotel, I was surprised to find no reception, making it a bit of a hassle for newcomers. The small room made it tricky to navigate with luggage, and the cleanliness was questionable with visible dirt upon arrival. Also found the lack of plates or napkins in common dining areas inconvenient, which certainly didn’t help when ordering food to the room.

the location is absolutely fine, if you don’t mind walking 20-25 mins to the city center. the whole self-service concept leaves much to be desired. i mean, two accommodation options? i almost gave a good review, but the lack of human interaction was beneath my expectations. i did expect a complimentary gesture for such inconveniences, but no such luck.

Spacious bathroom with amazing body products stood out during my stay. Free snacks and a self-service coffee machine added a nice touch to the experience. Room design was modern and stylish, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. the luggage storage situation was quite limited. only a few lockers available, which filled up quickly. The lack of on-site staff made it challenging when issues arose, like needing plates and napkins for our food delivery. the absence of a desk or chair in the Deluxe room was disappointing, especially for those who need to work.
